Eden Springs UK recently entered the workplace coffee and coffee machine market. In an effort to increase audience engagement and generate more sales “Hot Leads’, they asked for our help.

Their main objective was to “empower, educate and equip front-line sales staff with the knowledge and tools to spot and act upon sales opportunities as and when they arise.”


Our first action was to identify and interview our key population of interest, in this case, Eden Springs Route Sales Managers (RSM’s). It was imperative that we had a clear understanding of their daily routines and potential pitfalls they may encounter.

The video was designed to educate staff on the finer points of customer service, engagement and the customer benefits of working with Eden Springs and how these elements link to an increase in sales leads, profits and individual earnings.
